RESERVATION WITH DEPOSIT - The reservation will be final only after communication of receipt of the deposit equivalent to approximately 30% of the total rental amount, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. MODIFICATIONS - After booking, any changes can only be agreed upon by written communication. 3. WITHDRAWAL - In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the entire deposit will be retained, in case of cancellation of the reservation by the manager it will be refunded double. There will be no further claims for any damages suffered by the parties. a) for the customer of missed holiday etc. b) for the manager of failure to book etc. If the customer does not show up by the booking date and has not paid the entire amount, the booked apartment is considered free and available from the following day. 4. PAYMENT AND CHECK-IN - Payment for the entire stay must be made at least one week before the arrival date. For amounts less than or equal to €5000.00, payment can also be paid in cash at check-in. We do not accept checks or other forms of payment. 5. SECURITY DEPOSIT - DEPOSIT - a security deposit in cash of €100 may be requested at check-in for each occupied apartment. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure after checking the apartments. If damage in the apartments exceeds the deposit, full compensation will be requested. 6. DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT - On the day of departure the apartment must be left vacant in the state in which it was found from 7.30 to 9.00. In case of early departure and at night, the security deposit will be sent back by post or by bank transfer. In the event that the apartment is released in obvious disarray, the deposit will be retained in full and only any residual costs incurred for tidying up will be returned later. 7. VISITORS - During the daytime, guests are asked to report the presence of relatives and friends to the management. It is strictly prohibited at night the presence of strangers in every room of the Country House. Access to the apartments and common areas of the Country House is not permitted to guests strangers and people not registered or previously recognized through an identity document seen by the management. To host friends or relatives during the day and to be able to use the farm's services, a daily contribution of €10 per person is required .8. PETS - Well-behaved cats and small and medium-sized dogs are accepted. ATTENTION - Animals are accepted only upon request upon booking. HANDBOOK - to). Equip yourself with what is necessary for the well-being of your pet; - b). Manage your pet's behavior so as not to disturb other guests; - c). Keep your pet on a leash while it is inside the farmhouse, or in the garden; - d). Do not bring your pet into the relaxation area. - And). Clean up your animals' excrement; - f). If the animals are used to climbing on the sofa and bed at home, they will most likely do the same thing at the farm. Pet owners undertake to provide themselves with towels and sheets to cover surfaces and avoid getting dirty with saliva, hair or other things.
